Discover of the jungle forest ( good walking shoes and jacket)

Visit nearby borough, local market, visits fruit-orchards of the area, visits local arts and crafts (hévéa, furnace with charcoal etc).

Excursion with the superb beach of Laem Sadet (80 km) or visits famous temple of Wat Khao Sukim.

Visit National park of Soi Dao (25 km). (waterfall, gigantic trees, bathe in the river.)

Visit town of Chanthaburi, its famous precious stone market (Fr-Saturday-Su.) (workshop of size of the rubies) of its temples (Chinese and thais) or museum.

Visit workshop of weaving of mat and object out of typical vegetable fibres of the area of Chanthaburi (possibility " of learning how to weave a mat " )

Visit Cambodia border market, and temple of Khao tcha kan in a cave.

Traditional thai massage in the temple of Tapsai.

Rafting on the river of Pong Nam Ron (June to Oct. according to rains).(Excursion with supplement)

• During half board pension , you can make excursions at choice. (With our vehicle and myself, according to my availabilities or with a local driver). Hiring of the vehicle with driver and a fixed 200 km per day: 2500 baths= approx. 50 euros. Additional km: 3 baths. (Lunch, National park fees, etc not included)

You can discover the province by your own means and public transport , but if you do not speak a minimum about thai (little of thais speak English!) it will be difficult to communicate differently than by smiles and gestures! (What is not unpleasant in the Country of the Smile!)
